We are currently hiring for a full-time Business Navigator.
The Business Navigator will serve as the primary contact for entrepreneurs and small business owners who engage with Can-Do Kalamazoo. They will have a deep understanding of each entrepreneur's goals, backgrounds, and needs. They will assist entrepreneurs in accessing and leveraging resources within Can-Do Kalamazoo as well as with ecosystem partners.
Full-time position of 40 hours per week
Compensation: $43,700 - 48,000 annually ($20.67 – 23.08/hour), commensurate with experience; health benefits; Paid Time Off program that includes personal and sick time.
