We are currently hiring for a full-time Kitchen Manager.
This role helps food businesses get started, stay compliant, and grow—from onboarding and food safety training to day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll be the go-to person for our kitchen members. That means helping entrepreneurs navigate licensing, managing kitchen schedules and storage, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and creating a supportive environment where new food businesses can succeed.
This is a hands-on role working directly with our community of caterers, packaged food brands, and food truck owners as they build their businesses.
If you have strong kitchen management experience, a passion for supporting entrepreneurs, and a ServSafe Food Manager Certification, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Can-Do Kalamazoo, 519 S Park St
Pay: $20–$23/hour
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
